Petzl M34 TLN AM'D Tri-Act Carabiner (Black)

Complementing the versions that already exist, the Am'd and William in Lock, Spinball and Ball Lock versions, this Tri-act version of the Am'd and William carabiners gives automatic locking with greater security, while still remaining simple to manipulate, especially with gloves. The Tri-act system reduces the risk of accidental unlocking by having 3 successive actions required to open the carabiner: push the sleeve upward, turn and open the gate.
Initially designed for industrial applications, this locking system easily manipulated with one hand, is also highly appreciated by rescue teams and climbers.
