The Petzl P21 SPE is a ball bearing version of the standard Petzl Tandem Pulley. The P21SPE is removable from the cable or rope by just moving upward off of the cable or rope. It is held on by a carabiner going through the triangle at the bottom.

The Petzl Tandem Speed is a pulley designed for use on cables or ropes. Uses ball bearings to give very good performance on Tyrolean traverses. For use on ropes of diameter less than 13 mm or cables of diameter less than 12 mm.
