Just in the Entrees alone there are over 560 servings of food and in the breakfast courses 454 servings. in total there are over 2380 servings in this package as rated by the manufacturer which most companies would say this a year supply for 1 if not 2 people. We won't because we know people eat more than the average serving. We rate this as a 250 day kit for 1 person with plenty of extra food. It would also work as a 100 day kit for a family of 4. You be the judge.
