PMI Low-Stretch Kernmantle ropes are designed for rappelling and standing-line climbing. They are very abrasion resistant, low-stretch, no spin, high-strength and easy handling. The PMI Classic Pit Rope is a solid white rope available only in 7/16" size. It is identical in construction to the standard 7/16" sport Max-Wear rope except for the solid white color. This is the rope that got PMI started back in the early 70s.
